Janhavi Acharekar is a full-time writer of fiction and travel, part-time cultural adventurer, occasional copywriter and sometime litfest curator.
She is the author of a novel, a collection of short stories and a travel guide.
Janhavi's stories may be found in her collection Window Seat: Rush-hour stories from the city as well as in various anthologies of short fiction.
Her travel writing includes a travel guide as well as features in various publications. She is a contributing editor at Conde Nast Traveller India.
A freelance writer and creative consultant, Janhavi writes book reviews and features on the arts. She also partners with clients as a communications professional.

Janhavi will conduct writing workshops for Bookworm Trust in Goa: on Thursday, 22nd February 2018 at Mae de Deus school (Corjuem) and on Friday, 23rd February 2018 at Bookworm Library (Taleigao).
